I have a lot of weight to lose, so I decided to break my weight loss goals in to small increments. Listed below are my mini-goals and their rewards.
Non-scale Goals (NSG)

To walk 10,000 steps a day for a week using my pedometer, which is equivalent to 5 miles. (To count this goal as achieved….it must be a new daily habit)
DATE ACHIEVED:
Replacing the pop that I drink with water. I will drink at least 2 liters of water daily. (To count this goal as achieved….it must be a new daily habit)
DATE ACHIEVED:
Stop eating in front of the TV, computer or while reading. I will replace this habit with eating at the kitchen table with my family, while the TV is turned off. ( my family is going to love this one) ;p(To count this goal as achieved….it must be a new daily habit)
DATE ACHIEVED:
I will stop staying up so late. I will replace this with going to bed by 10:00 p.m. each evening. I normally get up at 5:00a.m. so this will give me 7 hours of sleep.(To count this goal as achieved….it must be a new daily habit)
DATE ACHIEVED:
I will stop eating 3 hours before going to bed, which will be 7:00p.m.(To count this goal as achieved….it must be a new daily habit)
DATE ACHIEVED:
Learn how to do Tai Chi and practice it every morning when I get up.(To count this goal as achieved….it must be a new daily habit)
DATE ACHIEVED:
Replace all of the foods that I have that has sugar, high fructose corn syrup, enriched or bleached flour listed in the 1st 5 ingredient. I will replace with whole grains, fruits, veggies and lean meats.(To count this goal as achieved….it must be a new daily habit)

Scale Goals
1st goal~ To lose 30 pounds and get to my pre-preg weight before DD2. **230LBS**
Reward: Haircut and color

2nd goal~ To lose 10 pounds and get to my pre-preg weight before DD1 **220LBS**
Reward: A tai chi video
DATE ACHIEVED:
3rd goal~ To lose 21 pounds and finally be in Onderland!! **199LBS**
Reward: A road trip just me and hubby.
DATE ACHIEVED:
4th goal~ To lose 24 pounds and get back to
what I weighed when I met hubby. **175LBS**
Reward: A palm pilot for work and school.
DATE ACHIEVED:
5th goal~ To lose 20 pounds and
get to my goal weight. **155LBS**
Reward: A new me shopping spree (new stylish clothes)
